     If you have questions or concerns about hardware or software related issues beyond what is listed in our services feel free to contact us or post  your question on our message board and we will do our best to solve your software problem.

    It should be expected that not all software problems can be resolved without me being able to  physically see the pc with the problem. This is because some software requires Library files that are included in the Operating System, that may be absent, or the software may require drivers for hardware that is not installed correctly or malfunctioning. It may be hard to identify the problem without inspecting the other aspects of the computer.

     Computer Repair involves upgrading and or replacement of parts that have either went bad or outdated per the request of the owner.

     The cost of the repair will be dependent on the cost of the new hardware plus the bench fee.

     My standard Bench fee is $45.00 to have me check out the pc and diagnose and fix any possible problems.

       I do make house calls at a rate of $45.00 for travel (up to 15 miles, and .50 a mile there after) and the first half hour of work, and then at an hourly rate of $15.00 an hour there after.

     No work outside the testing and diagnostics will be performed without the authorization of the owner. I will contact the owner after the tests are to ran to proceed with the wishes of the owner. 

      Computer Servicing involves cleaning the pc and running diagnostics on the hardware to verify that all components are functioning as they are designed. Trouble shooting and testing of hardware level components.

     Consulting involves us at SS Computers meeting with you to determine the best course of action for your home or business. You will have Me at your disposal for that period of time to give you our Knowledge and expertise in the areas of:

     Setting up Networks

     Network Security

     Website Development

     Software Deployment

     Software Development

     Consulting fees will be billed at a rate of $45.00 for travel (up to 15 miles, and .50 a mile there after) and the first hour of consultation, and then at an hourly rate of $10.00 an hour there after. 

    SS Computers employs myself as well as consultants well versed in C, C++, Delphi.

     Billing will vary per size of project and amount of time required to have the software fully operational.

     We normally develop but not limited to Database Designed software for Point of Sale Software, inventory Management Software, and helpdesk or employee hourly tracking style software.
